Goodbye, Vetter Denk Architects

In 1985, John Vetter & Kelly Denk founded Vetter Denk Architects, based on the simple notion that architecture is capable of elevating our daily lives. For 32 years, their unique practice has delivered finely-crafted design work that harmonizes with nature, tradition, and culture.

In addition to providing architectural services, Vetter Architects will focus on its own firm-led real estate development.  Specifically, Vetter Architects will work closely with communities to design and develop thoughtful small- to medium-scale infill projects typically bypassed by larger real estate developers.  In time, Vetter will seek to raise an Impact Development Fund with investment capital focused on measurable positive change in neighborhoods in and around Milwaukee.

Vetter has a history of executing forward-looking development, with projects like the River Homes (2001) and subsequent Milwaukee Rowing Club (2005), in Milwaukee’s Beerline neighborhood.  The firm is excited to continue delivering design-forward developments to residents from all walks of life in Milwaukee and the greater Milwaukee area.
